| 摘 要： | 1989年4月至10月在西藏拉萨、日喀则、泽当镇、错邺县城关等地区采取世居藏族血清341份,进藏两年以上汉族血清119份。采用IHA法进行人群弓形体感染血清学调查。总感染率为10.26%,世居藏族为11.14%,进藏两年以上汉族为8.40%(P>0.05),高于全国4.86%的平均水平,属二度感染地区。年龄、性别、职业、及民族人群感染率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。

| Abstract: | Serological investigation of toxoplasma infection in human was carried out from Apr. to Oct, 1989 in Lhasa,Rikaze,Zedang,Couna in Tibet and a total of 468 serum specimens was collected,among which 341 samples were from Tibetans,119 from people of Han nationality who had lived in Tibet for more than 2 years and 8 from people of other nationalities. Toxoplasma antibody level in the sera was tested by IHA and a total infectious rate was 10.26%. The positive rate was 11.14% in Tibetans and 8.40% in Hans (P>0.05) and both rates were higher than that of the national average level of 4.86%.However,no significant statistical difference of the infectious rate was found among the regions, nationalities,occupations,sexes and ages. |
