血尿酸、左室重量指数与高血压患者冠状动脉病变的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨高血压患者血尿酸水平、左室重量指数与冠状动脉病变的相关性。方法521例高血压患者,根据冠状动脉造影结果分为冠心病组和对照组,收集2组患者血尿酸、左室重量指数、血脂、吸烟史、体重指数、糖尿病史及其他危险因素。结果多因素回归分析显示,除血脂、糖尿病史、吸烟史及其他传统的危险因素外,血尿酸和左室重量指数水平与高血压患者冠心病的发生和冠状动脉病变的严重程度明显相关。结论除血脂、糖尿病史、吸烟史及其他传统的危险因素外,血尿酸和左室重量指数是预测高血压患者冠心病发生和冠状动脉病变严重程度的2项独立危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid(UA) level,left ventricular mass index(LVMI)and coronary artery lesions in patients with essential hypertension.Methods This study involved 521 patients with essential hypertension.All the patients underwent the coronary angiography procedure.According to the result of angiography,the patients were divided into coronary artery disease group(CAD) and normal coronary group.The UA,LVMI,lipids,smoking,body mass index,history of diabetes mellitus and other risk factors were collected in two groups.Results Except for cholesterol,blood glucose,smoking and other conventional risk factors,the severity of coronary artery lesions and coronary artery disease incidence in patients with essential hypertension were significantly related to UA and LVMI by multiple regression analysis.Conclusion Except for cholesterol,blood glucose,smoking and other conventional risk factors,UA and LVMI could be served as two independent risk factors for predicting CAD and severity of coronary artery lesions in patients with essential hypertension.
