| 摘 要： | 骨骼肌在失神经支配后不可避免地会发生萎缩变性，往往在肌肉获得神经再支配之前已丧失了肌细胞再生的物质基础，表现为骨骼肌的不可逆萎缩，严重影响其功能的恢复。本文就失神经骨骼肌萎缩的防治进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | If the denervated muscle loses the essential substance and structure for myofiber regeneration before reinnervation,the change is regarded as irreversible atrophy which will inevitablly hinder the functional recovery of the muscle.This review summarized the recent research on the prevention and treatment of denervated skeletal muscle atrophy. |
