高职涉外护理人才培养模式的研究与实践

摘    要:目的建立以能力为本的涉外护理教学体系,培养适应医学模式转变和护理学科发展的涉外护理人才。方法以五年制高职涉外护理专业学生为研究对象,对涉外护理专业的培养目标、课程设置和教学效果进行问卷调查,同时比较涉外护理专业学生和普通护理专业学生的综合能力和智育水平。数据经统计学处理。结果课程设置体现了合理性,教学方法改革取得了一定效果,学生的综合能力得到了提高。结论五年制高职涉外护理专业采用的培养方案有利于学生能力的培养,符合现代护理学科的发展。

Abstract:Objective To set up an ability-oriented educational system concerning foreignrelated nursing and train students to meet the demands of medical mode transformation and nursing science development in foreign-related nursing area.Methods A questionnaire investigation was conducted concerning training objectives,curricular arrangement and educational effect of foreign-related nursing program,with the students with five-year nursing higher education as the subjects.Meanwhile,we compared the comprehensive competence and moral standard between students of foreign-related nursing and ordinary nursing specialty.The data were processed through SPSS analysis.Results We found that the curricular arrangement was appropriate,the reform in educational methods was effective,and the students' comprehensive competence was improved.Conclusion The educational mode of five-year foreign-related nursing program is beneficial for cultivating students' abilities and in accordance to the development of modern nursing discipline.
