电针治疗大鼠佐剂性关节炎参数的研究

目的：比较不同电针参数治疗大鼠佐剂性关节炎（AA）的作用特点。方法：通过正交试验设计方法，观察电针频率、波形、电流强度三因素两水平参数对佐剂性关节炎大鼠关节肿胀度、痛阈和炎症局部组织中自细胞介素-1β（IL-1β）含量的变化。结果：电针改善AA大鼠关节肿胀度以100Hz、断续波、0．2mA参数方案为佳；提高痛阈以100Hz、断续波、0．1mA参数方案为佳；降低炎症局部组织IL-18含量，100Hz优于2Hz。结论：电针治疗关节炎时，应根据病情选择适宜的电针参数方案，以获得理想的治疗效果。

Research on Electroacupuncture Parameters in Treating Adjuvant Arthritis in Rats

Objective： To compare the results of different electroacupuncture parameters in treating adjuvant arthritis in rats. Methods： Orthogonal design was adopted to observe the therapeutic effects of electroacupuncture parameters with three factors and two levels on joint swelling severity, pain threshold and the contents of IL-1β in local inflammatory tissues in ad- juvant arthritis rats. Results： In relieving joint swelling severity, the better parameters included 100 Hz, intermittent wave and 0.2 mA; in increasing pain threshold, the better parameters included 100 Hz, intermittent wave, 0.1 mA; in decreasing the contents of IL-1β, 100 Hz was prior to 2 Hz. Conclusion： Proper electroacupuncture parameters should be selected in treating arthritis, in an attempt to achieve ideal therapeutic effects.
