| 摘 要： | 目的研究痤疮平颗粒制备工艺,优选最佳提取工艺条件。方法采用HPLC法,以栀子苷和浸出物为检测指标,用正交试验法考察了3种因素(加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数)对其含量的影响。结果痤疮平颗粒的最佳提取工艺条件为加10倍量水,煎煮3次,每次煎煮60 min。结论制备工艺合理。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the extracting technical condition of Cuochuangping granules.Methods With geniposide and whole solids as index,orthogonal test method was used to study the effect of three extracting factors(the amount of water,the extracting time and times),and determined the extracting rate of Cuochuangping granules by HPLC.Results The optimal extracting conditions of Cuochuangping granules were: added ten fold of water,extracting three times for 60min each time.Conclusion The process is reasonable and favorable for industrial production. |
