文献情报人员健康检查结果分析

目的了解文献情报人员的健康状况，找出影响情报人员健康的不利因素，为疾病的防治提供依据。方法收集某文献情报研究机构情报人员2007年健康检查数据，采用SPSS13．0软件，对该人群的健康情况进行X2检验。结果该人群体检异常率构成比为96．99％，前10位疾病依次为高脂血症、骨密度异常、痔、心电图异常、眼底动脉硬化、高血压、脂肪肝、胆结石、糖尿病、白内障，不同年龄组各种疾病的检出率差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01），性别的差异有统计学意义（X2=6．480，P〈0．05）。结论慢性非传染性疾病、外科和眼科疾病，已成为情报人员的常见病，多发病，应针对所发现的有关因素采取综合防治措施。

Analysis of Health Examination for Documentation and Information Personnel

[ Objective ] To understand the health condition of documentation information personnel, find out the adverse factors on the health condition of these people, and provide evidence for disease control. [ Methods] Health examination data were collected in a documentation information institution in 2007, SPSS 13.0 software was used to conducted X2 test on the health data. [ Results] The constituent ratio of abnormal rate of medical examination was 96.99% in this group; the top ten diseases were hyperlipidemia, bone mineral density abnormalities, hemorrhoids, abnormal electrocardiogram, fundus arteriosclerosis, hypertension, fatty liver, gallstones, diabetes, and cataract. The difference of detection rate between different age groups was significant（ P 〈0. 01 }, the difference between gender was significant （ X2 = 6.480, P 〈 0. 05 ）. [ Conclusion] Chronic noncommunicable diseases, surgical diseases, and ophthalmic diseases have become commonly and frequently encountered illnesses among the documentation information personnel. Integrated measures should be taken, aiming at the discovered related factors.
