| 摘 要： | 目的：观察头针配合肌肉定位注射治疗小儿痉挛型脑性瘫痪的临床疗效。方法：将120例符合入选标准的痉挛型脑瘫患儿随机分为两组,治疗组60例,运用基础治疗＋头针配合肌肉定位注射方法;对照组60例,采用基础治疗＋上田法。连续治疗3月,观察临床疗效。结果：经3月治疗,治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组为80%,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,治疗后CDCC智力评分、修订的Ashworth评分与治疗前相比有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,治疗组较对照组改善更为明显。两组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义（P〈0.05）。结论：头针配合肌肉定位注射治疗痉挛型小儿脑性瘫痪,能明显提高治疗效果。
