肝硬化门脉高压症患者肝组织NO含量、NOS活性与肝功能分级的关系

摘    要:目的探讨肝硬化门脉高压症患者肝组织一氧化氮(NO)和一氧化氮合酶(NOS)与肝功能分级的关系。方法用硝酸还原酶化学比色法检测56例肝硬化门脉高压症(肝硬化组;按肝功能Child分级分为A、B、C三级)及19例非肝硬化(对照组)患者的肝组织NO含量和NOS活性,分析其与肝功能分级的相关性。结果肝硬化组的肝组织NO含量、NOS活性均高于对照组,且与肝功睢分级均呈正相关(P〈0.01).结论检测肝硬化门脉高压症患者的肝组织NO含量、NOS活性可预测其肝脏损伤程度。

Abstract:[Objective] To study the relation between liver functional classification and the level of NO/NOS activity in liver tissue of cirrhotic patients with hepatic portal hypertension.[Methods] 56 patients with hepatic portal hypertension were divided into 3 groups(A group,B group,C group)according to the clinic grading of liver function(Child's method).19 patients without cirrhosis were taken as control group.Level of NO and activity of NOS in liver tissue were detected with functional classification chemical colorimetry.The correlation of NO level,NOS activity and liver founction class were analyzed.[Results] The level of NO and activity of NOS of cirrhotic patients with hepatic portal hypentension groups were higher than those of control group,they had positive correlation with liver functional classification(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Detecting the level of NO and the activity of NOS of patients with hepatic portal hypertension can predict the degree of liver injury.
