司帕沙星注射液与氧氟沙星注射液治疗急性呼吸道感染的随机对照试验

目的评价司帕沙星注射液治疗急性中、重度呼吸道感染的有效性与安全性.方法采用多中心随机对照试验.试验药司帕沙星每次200mg,静脉滴注,每日一次;对照药氧氟沙星每次200mg,静脉滴注,每日二次,疗程均为7-14天.试验组和对照组各30例.结果两组的治愈率分别为33.33%与26.67%,有效率分别是80.00%与76.67%.细菌清除率分别是89.66%与89.29%.药物不良反应发生率分别是13.33%与16.67%.本组病例未见光敏反应.以上结果经统计学处理差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论司帕沙星注射液是治疗急性呼吸道感染的一种有效药物.

A randomized controlled trial of sparfioxacin intravenously. vs ofloxacinintravenously.in the treatment of the acute respiratory infections

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of sparfloxacin in treatment of the acute respiratory tract infections. Methods A randomized-controlled clinical trial was carried out .Sparfloxacin 200mg once daily and ofloxacin, as a contral drug, 200mg twice a day, both drugs were given by infusion for 7-14 days .There were 30 ca.ses in each group. Results The clinical cure rates and the clinical efficacy rates of the two groups were 33.33% , 26.67% ,and 80.00% , 76.67% respetively. The bacterial clearance rates were 89.66% and 89.29 % respectively. The adverse drug reaction rates were 13.33% and 16.67% respectively. There were no statistical differences between the two groups (P >0.05) . Photosensitive reaction was not observed in this study. Conclusion Sparfloxacin was effective in the treatment of the respiratory infections.
