宁波口岸出入境人员超声检查结果分析

[目的]通过对出入境人员超声异常情况的分析，了解出入境人员健康状况及某些非传染性疾病的分布规律，有利于健康咨询工作的开展。[方法]采用PHILIPS ENVISOR C超声诊断仪，对经宁波口岸出入境的2193名出入境人员进行超声检查，检查部位为肝、胆、胰、脾、双肾，并按年龄、性别、职业进行分类统计。[结果]发现超声异常者658例，检出率为30．00％；脂肪肝检出率明显高于其他疾病检出率；男性检出率高于女性；以40-59岁年龄组检出率最高，以交通员工及台湾同胞检出率最高。[结论]出入境人员所患各类疾病在性别、年龄、人群分布上差异有显著性，健康咨询和健康教育的开展应以此为依据。

Result of Bultrasonic Examination among Entry-exit Personnel at Ningbo Port

Objective To understand the health condition and the contribution of some non-infectious diseases among entry-exit personnels; ＂and to carry out the health consultation. Method 2 193 entry-exit personnel were examed by Bultrasonic. The organs included liver, gall bladder, pancreas, spleen and kidneys were tested. All subjects were classified by age, gender and occupation. Result There were 658 cases of abnormal Buhrasonic, and the positive rate was 30.00%. The positive rate of fatty liver was remarkably higher than that of the other diseases. The positive rate of male was higher than that of the female. In 40-60 aged group, the positive rate was the highest. The sailor and Chinese from Taiwan had relatively high positive rate. Conclusion There is a significantl difference in contribution of the disease by age, gender, and occupation. It is necessary to carry out the heahy consultation and education.
