药品使用异常波动的监控与干预管理

目的建立简单易行且行之有效的医院药品使用动态监控与干预管理方法,促进临床合理用药,保障患者用药安全。方法以医院信息系统(HIS)为依托,将临床用药数据进行专项分类统计,对异常波动数据进行合理性分析并采取系列干预措施,对比分析干预前后临床合理用药的指标结果。结果药品使用异常波动的监控与干预管理可有效促进临床合理用药,降低患者负担。结论药品异常波动的监控与干预管理方法简单有效,是医院实行药品动态监测与超常预警管理、提升医院合理用药水平的强力举措。

Supervisory Control and Intervention Management of Abnormal Fluctuation of Drug Use

Objective：To make simple,practical and effective dynamic monitoring and interventional management for drug use in hospitals, promote reasonable clinical drug use and guarantee drug use safety for patients. Method： Based on hospital information system, the authors make specially classified statistics of clinical drug use data, analyze rationally the abnormal fluctuation of the data, take series of interventional measures, and compare and analyze index results of clinical drug use before and after the intervention. Result： The monitoring and interventional management of abnormal fluctuation of drug use can effectively promote reasonable clinical drug use and reduce patients＇ burden. Conclusion： Monitoring and interventional management of abnormal fluctuation of drug use is simple and effective, which acts as the forceful measure for implementing dynamic monitoring and superior early warning management and improving reasonable drug use in hospitals.
