注射器配制药液后有效使用时间的实验研究

摘    要: 目的确定注射器配制药液后的有效使用时间。方法840具无菌注射器随机分成2组,分别配制非抗生素药液与抗生素药液,每隔1h采样培养做微生物学鉴定。结果配制非抗生素药液的注射器,4h内无细菌生长,7h内样本污染率达17.38%;配制抗生类药液的注射器,5h内无细菌生长,7h内样本污染率达3.57%。结论注射器有效使用时间应在4h以内。

Abstract:Objcctive To determine the storage life and applicability of unsealed syringes.Methods 840 syringes used in 12 clinical departments of this hospital were divided into two groups:one for dispensing antibiotic solutions and the other for non-antibiotic solutions.Samples from the unsealed syringes were collected,cultured and evaluated every one hour for identification of bacteria.Results Negative bacterial cultures were obtained during the initial 4 and 5 hours in the groups of dispensing non-antibiotic and antibiotic solutions,respectively;and the total contamination rates were 17 38% and 3.57% for the groups of dispensing non-antibiotic and antibiotic solutions,respectively,7 hours after unsealing.Conclusions Syringes should be used within 4 hours after unsealing.
