肝动脉栓塞化疗联合中药治疗中晚期肝癌的疗效观察

目的　观察肝动脉栓塞化疗 (TACE)联合中药治疗中晚期肝癌的临床疗效。方法　中晚期肝癌患者 6 0例 ,随机分为两组 ,A组 ( 2 9例 )为TACE +中药治疗 ,B组 ( 31例 )为单用TACE治疗 ;全部病例均术后随访。结果　 0 .5、1、2年生存率A组为 79.31%、41.38%、2 0 .6 9%;B组为 6 7.74%、16 .13%、3.2 3%。肿瘤缩小、AFP下降、外周白细胞减少A组均优于B组。治疗 1年后总有效率 (CR +PR)A组为 5 1.72 %,B组为 32 .2 6 %,A组稍优于B组。结论　本法对中晚期肝癌的疗效明显。

Observation on Clinical Efficacy of Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization(TACE) Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Treating Metophase-Advanced Hepatocellar Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) combined with traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of metaphase-advanced hepatocellar carcinoma(HCC).Method Sixty patients with metaphase-advanced hepatocellar carcinoma were randomly divided into A,B group.Transcatheter arterial chemoemobolization(TACE) combined with traditional Chinese medicine was used in group A(29 cases).TACE alone was served as group B(31 cases).All patients were followed up after operetion.Results Survival rate at 1/2 year,1 year,2 years in group A was 79.31%,41.38%,20.69% respectively and was 67.74%,16.13%,3.23% in group B respectively.Carcinoma dininution,AFP reduction,white blood cell count reduction in group A were superior to those in group B.The overall resposese rate(CR+PR) after treatment for 1 year was 51.72% in group A,was 32.26% in group B.Conclusions This method is of obvious efficacy in treating metaphase-advanced hepatocellar carcinoma.
