附睾肿块的超声诊断

目的探讨超声诊断附睾肿块样病变的价值。方法回顾性分析81例经手术和病理证实的附睾肿块声像图特征与病理类型。结果不同的附睾肿块病理类型,声像图各有其特点。病例类型有：急性附睾炎10例、慢性附睾炎37例、附睾囊肿16例、附睾精子肉芽肿9例、附睾结核5例、附睾炎性假瘤1例、附睾良性肿瘤3例。结论附睾超声检查对附睾肿块样病变有较高的诊断价值。

The ultrasonic diagnosis of epididymal mass

Objective To probe the value of the ultrasonic diagnosis for the pathological changes of epididymal mass.Methods81 sonograms and pathological types of Epididymal Mass,which had been verified by operations and pathologies,were retrospectively analyzed.ResultsThere are different characteristics in different case types and sonograms.Including：10 cases with acute epididymis,36 cases with chronic epididymis,16 cases with epididymal cyst,9 cases with spermatic granuloma of epididymis,5 cases with tuberculosis of epididymis,1 case with epididymal pseudotumor and 3 cases with epididymal benign tumours.Conclusion The value of the ultrasonic diagnosis for the pathological changes of epididymal mass is high.
