| 摘 要： | 目的调查抗震救灾部队官兵从第一个阶段到第二个阶段的转换期的心理状态。方法采用分层随机抽样方法选取122名抗震救灾的官兵，应用症状自评量表（SCL-90）测试，并对结果进行统计分析。结果任务转换期战士SCL-90因子得分除人际关系敏感、偏执、精神病性3个因子差异无统计学意义外，其余因子得分均显著高于常模（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。干部SCL-90所有项目得分与常模差异无统计学意义。战士与干部SCL-90得分在躯体化、强迫和焦虑3个因子上差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论抗震救灾任务转换期战士的心理健康状况低于平常，而干部与平常无异。
