芦荟治疗放射性口腔粘膜反应的临床观察

目的　观察芦荟治疗放射性口腔粘膜反应的疗效。方法　选择鼻咽癌放疗并放射性口腔粘膜反应的病人 40例 ,随机分为观察组 2 0例 ,对照组 2 0例。对照组以复方普鲁卡因含服 ;观察组以复方普鲁卡因和芦荟肉质片含服。结果　观察组效果优于对照组 ,经 χ2 检验 :两组口腔粘膜反应疗效 :一周恢复 χ2 =7.62 2 ,P 0 .0 5 ,有显著性差异 ;2周恢复 χ2 =10 .667,P 0 .0 1有显著性差异。结论　芦荟能明显减轻放射性口腔粘膜反应 ,减轻疼痛 ,保证放疗顺利进行

Clinical observation of radiation induced oral mucositis treated with aloe

ObjectiveTo evaluate the curative effect of radiation induced oral mucositis with aloe.Methods40 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with radiation induced oral mucositis were randomized into the experimental group and the control group. All of the patients were treated with compound procarine except that aloe was added in the experimental group.ResultsPartial recovery of oral mucositis was better in the experimental group than that in the control ( P <0.05). The complete recovery time in the experimental group was shorter with statistical significance ( P <0.05).ConclusionApplication of aloe will obviously decrease the radiation induced oral mucositis and relieve pain so that the radiotherapy can be finished with interruption.
