广州地区乡镇卫生院绩效评价研究

目的：构建乡镇卫生院绩效评价指标体系，并对广州地区乡镇卫生院绩效进行评价，以提出改进其绩效的政策建议。方法：自行设计问卷对广州地区54家乡镇卫生院绩效指标进行普查，采用多种方法对资料进行统计分析，并结合专家咨询结果构建完乡镇卫生院绩效评价指标体系。结果：构建了完善的乡镇卫生院绩效评价指标体系并成功应用于实践。结论：构建的乡镇卫生院绩效评价指标体系具有较好的敏感性和可靠性，为卫生行政部门和利益相关方对乡镇卫生院进行科学评价提供了有效的工具。

Performance evaluation of township hospitals in Guangzhou area

Objective To set up a performance evaluation system for township hospitals in Guangzhou to evaluate their performance,and to put forward suggestions for making policies to improve the performance.Methods The indexes for performance evaluation of the 54 township hospitals in Guangzhou were explored through the questionnaire,and the data were analyzed by using multiple statistical methods,and these indexes were put together with the expert advice to construct a performance evaluation system.Results We have constructed a perfect system for the performance evaluation of township hospitals and have a success in practice.Conclusion The performance evaluation system constructed in this study had good sensitivity and reliability,and provided an effective tool for the health administration department and interested parties to have a scientific evaluation of township hospitals.
