Observation on intravascular irradiation of low - energy He - Ne laser for the treatment of chron-ic B hepatitis

Objective To investigate the clinic effect on intravascular irradiation of low- energy He - Ne laser for the treatment of chronic B hepatitis. Methods 50 patients of chronic B hepatitis were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=30) Xiaoping Powders two was taken orally and in control group (n=20) thyroxin was taken orally. Results The to- tal effective rate (50%) was significantly higher in treatment group compared with those in con- trol group (15 %, P <0. 01 ).
