消痤灵治疗寻常性痤疮疗效观察

目的 观察消痤灵治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效。方法 治疗组１３０例口服消痊灵，每日３次，每次４～６粒；对照组６２例口服珍珠暗疮片，每日３次，每次４片。观察治疗前后的皮损及临床症状。结果 治疗组总有效率８６．２％，对照组总有效率６１．３％，经χ＾２检验２组有显著差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论 消痤灵治疗寻常性痤疮的疗效肯定。

Clinical effects of Xiaocuoling capsule on the treatment of acne vulgarism

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Xiaocuoling capsule on acne vulgarism. Methods One hundred and ninety - two patients with acne vulgarism were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n = 130) Xiaocuoling capsule was taken orally three times a day and in control group (n=62) Zhenzhu anchuang tablet was taken orally three times per day. Skin lesion and clinical symptom were observed during treatment. Results The total effective rate (86. 2%) was significantly higher in treatment group than those in control group (61. 3%, p <0. 05). Conclusions Xiaocuoling capsule can produce definitive effect on the treatment of acne vulgarism.
