| 摘 要： | 目的 观察疏血通注射治疗急性脑梗死疗效。方法 将急性脑梗死患者７０例随机分为２组，各３５例。治疗组予疏血通注射液６ｍｌ，对照组予血塞通注射液６ｍｌ，均加入生理盐水２５０ｍｌ中，每日１次静脉点滴。治疗３周观察疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率、药物起效时间、基本治愈时间，与对照组比较，无显著性差异（Ｐ均〉０．０５）。结论 疏血通注射液治疗脑梗死疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shuxuetong injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 70 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. In control group (n=35) Xuesaitong injection was taken intravenously and in treatment group (n =35) Shuxuetong injection was applied intravenously. Results There are not significantly differences between total effective rate in treatment group (85. 74%) and those in control group (77. 14 %, p >0. 05). Conclusions Shuxuetong injection can produce definitive- ly therapeutic effect on acute cerebral infarction. |
