| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗结核性腹膜炎的临床疗效。方法 ６０例结核性腹膜炎随机分为２组，治疗组３０例，以支持疗法、抗痨药物加用实脾饮加减治疗；对照组３０例，单纯以支持疗法加抗痨药物治疗。２组均治疗１个月为１个疗程，２个疗程后观察疗效。结果 总有效率、治愈率治疗组分别为９３．３％、５３．３％，对照组为６６．７％、２３．３％。２组比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１、Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论 中西医结合治疗结核性腹膜炎作用快、疗效好，较单纯应用抗痨药物治疗疗效明显。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of integration of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine on exudative tuberculosis peritonitis. Methods 60 patients with were randomly allocated to two groups.
