消黄降酶冲剂治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效观察

目的 观察自拟消黄降酶冲剂治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法 ２１０例慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各１０５例。治疗组口服消黄降酶冲剂，每日３次，每次１５ｇ；对照组联苯双酯２５ｍｇ口服，每日３次。２组均３个月为１个疗程。结果 ２组在改善症状、体征、肝功能及降酶退黄方面有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论 消黄降酶冲剂治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎有较好的疗效，且具有缩短疗程，防止肝脏损害和

A trial of Xiaohuangjiangmei Granule in the treatment of Chonic viral hepatitis B

Objective TO investigate the efficacy of the granule we make ourself to reduce TBiL level and lower ALT in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B.Methods We randomly divided 210 patients into 2 groups.The patients in Group A received xiaohuangjiangmei Granule for three months,three times a day,15g each time .The patients in Group B received bifendate for three months,per-oral,three time a day,25mg each time.Results The clinical study shows that Xiaohuangjiangmei granule has a sound efficacy in the improvemnt of syptome,sign and hepatic functions,as well as reducing TBiL and lowering ALT.it can shorten the treatment tine and prevent liver from being worse and ALT being higher again.The effect was more sigificant in Goup A than in Group B.Conclusion Xiaohuangjiangmei Granule has a sound efficacy in the treatment of chronic viral hepatitis B to lower ALT and reduce TBiL.We should observe it more.
