深圳市宝安区全人口肺结核病控制绩效评价

目的评价深圳市宝安区全人口结核病控制项目的绩效。方法收集2002~2004年宝安区全人口结核病控制项目的有关资料,从服务公平性、健康可及性、项目效果、项目效益、项目效率等方面对该项目进行评价。结果通过全人口控制策略的实施,健全了区、镇、村3级防治网络,外来人口与户籍人口的结核病控制同样取得了较好的效果;项目实施期间减少了2250例新发病人,取得直接经济效益1976.9万元,间接经济效益减少GDP损失4.5亿元。结论该项目的社会和经济效益巨大,达到了预期目标,具有推广价值。

Performance Assessment of Controlling Tuberculosis at Bao'an District in Shenzhen

Objective To evaluate the performance of controlling tuberculosis at Bao'an district in Shenzhen city.Methods Collect the information of controlling tuberculosis from 2002 to 2004,and evaluate the program on the health impartiality,the health accessibility,the effectiveness and the efficiency.Results The network of controlling tuberculosis from district,town to village became more perfect.Controlling tuberculosis in mobile population had the same effectiveness as in local residents.During the program,there was a decrease with 2250 persons about the infected tuberculosis,making direct economy of 1,976,900 RMB and avoiding indirect lost of 450,000,000 RMB.Conclusion The program made great social and economic benefit,reached the due aim and was worthy of implementing.
