乳腺良恶性病变中雌激素受体和凝集素受体的检测及其意义

本文应用 ABC 免疫组织化学法测定了乳腺癌和乳腺良性病变的雌激素受体和四种凝集素受体.高分化乳腺癌 ER,UEA—1,PNA 的阳性率和 UEA-1,PNA 受体的分布与低分化乳腺癌不同.这些差异可作为乳腺癌恶性程度的指标.良性病变 UEA-1和 PNA 受体的阳性率与乳腺癌不同,其分布与低分化乳腺癌不同,此种差异可作为乳腺良、恶性病变鉴别诊断的依据.ER,conA,UEA-1阳性患者的五年生存率明显高于阴性患者,这对判断乳腺癌的预后具有一定意义.本文对 ER 与凝集素受体的染色结果经配对卡方检验证明无相关性,因此凝集素受体的测定不能代替 ER 的测定.

THE ASSAY OF ESTROGEN RECEPTOR,LECTIN RECEPTOR AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN BENIGN AND MALIGNANT BREAST LESIONS

Estrogen receptor (ER) and lectin receptors (LR) were assayed by means of ABC immunohistochemical method in 107 cases of breast carcinoma and 20 cases of benign breast lesions.Positive staining incidence of ER,UEA-1,PNA and distribution of UEA-1 and PNA receptors were different between well-differentiated and poorly differentiated breast carcinoma,which may indicate a marker of differentiation for breast carcinoma.The positive staining incidence of UEA-1 and PNA receptor was different between breast carcinoma and benign breast lesions,the distribution of UEA-1 and PNA receptor was dif- ferent between poorly-differentiated breast carcinoma and benign breast lesions,which can provide the evidence for differential diagnosis between benign lisions and breast carcinoma. The five-year survival rates of patients with breast carcinoma were higher in the positive cases of ER,UEA-1 and PNA than in the negative cases,which had a good value for prognosis of the breast carcinoma.There was not an overall relationship between the ER and LR staining results by paired Chi-square test,so the assay of the LR cannot replace assay of the ER.
