| 摘 要： | 目的探讨甲状腺机能亢进症(甲亢)术后复发再次手术的选择,手术要点,副损伤的预防及治疗效果。方法回顾总结本院1992年12月~2005年12月,103例甲亢术后复发行再手术病例。结果本组病例行再手术治疗,不需输血,无1例并发甲状腺危象,无喉返神经损伤,术中出现气管痉挛3例,暂时性甲状腺机能低下10例,随访82例,无甲亢再复发,无甲状腺机能减退。结论甲亢术后复发再次手术疗效确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the surgical therapy features of patients with hyperthyroidism recurrenceMethods Retrospective analysis 103 cases of hyperthyroidism recurrence(December 1992 to December 2005).Results There were 10 cases with transient hypothyroidism,3 cases with trachea convulsion during the operation,none with thyroid storm, none case with injury of recurrent laryngeal nerve in our reoperation groups.There was 0 case with hyperthyroidism recurrence and hypothyroidism in the 82 cases of follow-up visit.Conclusion Reoperation therapy had a good effect for patients with hyperthyroidism recurrence. |
