| 摘 要： | 目的:总结不做荷包埋入缝合法阑尾切除术的治疗效果及安全性.方法:对1989年5月～2007年1月收治的1 340例各种类型阑尾炎均采用不做荷包埋入缝合法阑尾切除术,阑尾残端用丝线结扎加缝扎.结果:全组平均手术时间42分钟,1 318例(98.36%)切口1期愈合,21例(1.57%)发生切口感染,1例并发脑梗死死亡.除死亡病例外,均痊愈出院,随访5个月～10年,发生粘连性肠梗阻5例.结论:不做荷包埋入缝合法阑尾切除术操作简便,可处理各种类型阑尾炎,并能减少术后并发症,是对传统阑尾切除术的合理改进.

| Abstract: | Objective:To sum up the efficacy and safety of suturing appendectomy without imbedding.Methods: 1 340 cases of different types of appendicitis underwent suturing appendectomy without imbedding during May 1989 to January 2007,with deligation and transfixion of appendiceal stump by suture silk.Results:The average operational time was 42 min.The healing rate of Stage I was 1 318 cases(98.36%).Infection rate was 21 cases(1.57%),with 5 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction.1 case died of complicated cerebral infarction.All except the death case were discharged from hospital.The follow-up ranged between 5 months and 10 years.Conclusion:The method is an improvement to the traditional appendectomy and easy to operate and can treat different types of appendicitis and reduce cases of postoperative complication. |
