免疫细胞化学与液基薄片结合在肺穿细胞学诊断中的应用

目的免疫细胞化学与液基薄层细胞涂片结合在肺穿细胞学分型诊断中的临床应用。方法肺部肿物CT引导下穿刺，利用液基薄层细胞涂片进行免疫细胞化学捡测，观察抗体的表达，进一步判断癌细胞的类型。结果320例病例中，300例与组织病理学相符，符合率为94．7％，其中鳞癌的诊断符合率提高到91．3％，腺癌的诊断符合率提高到94．2％，小细胞癌的诊断符合率提高到96．2％。结论肺穿抽吸物液基薄层涂片与免疫细胞化学结合在细胞学诊断肺癌中具有较高的临床应用价值，可以提高细胞学在肺癌分型中的诊断率。

The clinical application of immunocytochemitry combination in lung biopsy cytological diagnosis

Objective To study the clinical application of immunocytcehemistry and liquid - based cytology combination in lung biopsy morphological classification. Method The type of tumor cells was determined by immunocytochemistry detecion on liquid - based cytology smears, which is come from lung biopsy guided by CT. Result 300 of 320 cases was corresponded with the pathology, and the corresponding rate was to 94.7 % ; the diagnostic corresponding rate of squamous cell carcinoma, adenocarcinoma and small cell carcinoma respectively were 91. 3 %, 94.2 % and 96.2 % respectively. Conclusion Combination of liquid - based cytology smears and immtmoeytcebemislry in the cytological diagnosis ~~ lung cancer has high clinical value, so it can improve cytology diagnostic rate in lung cancer classification.
