多规则控制方法在实验室室内质控中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨12.5s/40.6s/8^x-/21.6s和13s/4ls/10^x-/22。两种多规则控制方法的实用性及性能,以提高误差的检出能力。方法应用常用的13。/4I,/10‘/22。多规则控制方法和修改的12.5~/40.6B/8。/21.6。多规则控制方法分别对tiBsAg、HCV抗体、H/V抗体、梅毒螺旋体(TP)抗体四项ELISA试验获得的控制数据进行检验,比较两种多规则控制方法对四项El。ISA试验的误差检出概率。结果12.5/40.6s/8。/2l-6g多规则控制方法对HBsAg、HCV抗体、HIV抗体、TP抗体四项ELISA试验的误差检出概率分别为7.69%、4.54%、8.33%、9.04%;135/4t,/10^x-/22g多规则控制方法的误差检出概率分别为0、0、2.38%、4.22%。结论变异系数小于15%时,12.5s/40瓜/8’/2I幽多规则控制方法的误差检出概率高于13s/4Is/10^x-/22s多规则控制方法,可用于误差较小时需较高的误差检出概率的质控情况;变异系数大于15%时,两种多规则控制方法的误差检出概率差异没有统计学意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the practicability and performance of 12.5s/40.6s/8^x-/21.6, and 13,/41s/I0s/22, multi - rule quality control methods to increase the detection capability of error. Methods By commonly used 13s/41s/l0^x-/22s method and modified 12.5s/40.6s/8^x-/2i.6s multi - rule quality control method to test the data of HBsAg,HCV,HIV and TP in ELISA. Study the difference of error detection between the two multi- rule quality control methods in the four ELISA tests. Results The error_deteetion by 12.ss/go.6s/SX/2t.6s are 7.69% .4.54% ,8. 33% ,9.04% ,and by 13s/41,/10^x-/22g are 0,0,2.38% ,4.22% in the four ELISA tests. Conclusion When the coefficient of variation(CV) less than 15 %, the error detection of the modified method is more than the commonly used method,which can be used in the condition that it needs high error detection in small errors;when the CV more than 15 %, the two methods have not the Statistical significance.
