尿蛋白电泳及尿红细胞形态分析在肾病鉴别诊断中的意义

目的 采用非浓缩尿电泳与尿红细胞形态分析,判断肾脏疾病的受损部位.方法 采用法国Sebia公司生产的HYDRASYS-2 SCAN全自动电泳仪对50例即有血尿和蛋白尿的患者进行测定,同时用相差显微镜对尿红细胞形态进行分析.结果 50例蛋白尿患者电泳结果及尿红细胞形态分析结果与临床诊断符合率分别为92%,90%.且二者之间采用x2检验,P〉0.05,两种方法对肾疾病的检出率差异无统计学意义.结论 尿蛋白电泳和尿红细胞形态分析,两种方法均比较简便、快速、无创伤,适合临床判断损伤肾脏部位及程度.

The significance of urine protein electrophoresis and urine RBC morphology analysis in kidney disease differential diagnosis

Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of kidney through combining urine protein eleetrophoresis and urine RBC morpholo- gy. Methods 50 inpatients or outpatients were enrolled to performed urine protein electrophoresis and urine RBC quantity and morphology. Results According to the result 92% of the urine protein etectrophoresis arc in accordance with clinical diagnosis and 90% of the urine RBC morphology examination are in accordance with clinical diagnosis accordant rate. The two methods are related to each other. Conclusion The tow methods are highly sensitive, simple and noninvasive. It can estimate the kidney injury conditions and degree according to the images of urine protein electrophoresis and urine RBC morphology.
