摘    要:目的 探讨新型的细菌生长指示管(BGIT)快速培养技术在结核病诊断中的应用价值.方法 对320例住院确诊结核病人痰标本分别进行改良罗氏(L-J)培养及BD BACTEC MGIT960分枝杆菌培养检测系统和细菌生长指示管(BGIT)的方法进行比较.结果 三种检测方法培养的时间分别平均为29.8、15.9、18.5天;阳性率分别为23.8%、28.8%、28.1%.三种培养方法同时检验存在显著性差异(P〈0.001),而BGIT与MGIT960培养结果比较并无显著性差异(P〉0.5).结论 细菌生长指示管培养检出速度优于罗氏培养,但价格明显低于BD BACTEC MGIT960分枝杆菌培养检测系统.

The application value of rapid culture technology in detecting mycobacterium tuberculosis

Abstract:Objective To study the value of a bacterial growth indicator tube (BGIT) rapid culture technology in TB diagnosis. Method 320 cases of confirmed TB patient sputum samples were carried out L - J culture and the BD BACTEC MG1T960 mycobacterial culture detection system and bacteria growth indicator tube (BGIT) methods were compared. Results Detection of the incubation time of three average 29.8,15. 9,18.5 days, respectively; positive rates were 23.8%, 28.8%, 28.1%. Culture method for simultaneous differences of the existence of three significant difference (P 〈 0.001 ), while the culture results BGIT compared with M GIT960 no significant difference( P 〉 0.5). Conclusion Detection of bacterial growth indicator tube culture faster than the L - J culture, but the prices significantly lower than BD BACTEC MGIT960 mycobacterial culture detection system.
