| 摘 要： | 目的：通过356例上肢神经损伤的显微外科修复结合物理康复，分析神经损伤的疗效与治疗方法的关系。方法：采用端端外膜缝合、束膜缝合、外膜加束膜缝合及神经移植方法共修复356例，398条神经，术后配合物理治疗，随访8个月至4年。结果：按中华医学会手外科学会功能评定标准进行评定，优199例，良90例，优良率81％。结论：上肢周围神经损伤，通过显微外科与物理疗法综合治疗，可取得较好的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:According to the treatment of 356 cases with nerve injury of the upper limb,to analyse the correlation between the effect of nerve injury and the treatment methods.Methods:After exploratory operation,356 nerves of 398 cases were repaired with 4 kinds of methods,including epineurium suture,fascicular suture,nerve grafting and epineurium- fascicular suture.After operation,the physical therapy were applied.Results:All the cases were assessed according to the functional evaluation criteria formulated by Chinese Society for Surgery of the Hand.of 356 patients repaired,199 cases were graded excellent,90 cases good.Conclusions:Microsurgery integrate with physical therapy to repair nerve is a promising method for treatment of nerve injury. |
