| 摘 要： | 目的：提取、制备骆驼蓬总生物碱颗粒剂，并进行含量测定。方法：索氏提取器提取，湿法制颗粒，紫外分光光度法进行含量测定。结果：骆驼蓬总生物碱的平均回收率＝98.32%，RSD＝2.42%。结论：紫外分光光度法可作为骆驼蓬总生物碱颗粒剂的质量控制方法。

| Abstract: | Objtective: The total alkaloid extracted from harmala seeds was prepared to granule and was determinated. Methods: The total alkaloid in granule was prepared by wet method and was determinated by UV spectrophotometry. Results: The method was sensitive and the average recovery was 98.32. Conclusion: The method could be used for one of the methods of quality control in total bases of hamala in granule. |
