组织多肽抗原、糖类抗原及癌胚抗原联合检测在大肠癌早期诊断及治疗中的意义

目的]探讨组织多肽抗原(TPA)、糖类抗原242(CA 242)和癌胚抗原(CEA)3种肿瘤标志物检测在大肠癌诊断和疗效观察中的应用价值.方法]应用ELISA法测定60例健康成人及82例大肠癌患者血清TPA,CA 242和CEA水平,并对34例大肠癌患者行术后随访复检.结果]大肠癌患者血清TPA,CA 242和CEA水平及检测阳性率均明显高于正常组,3项肿瘤标志物联合检测大肠癌的阳性检出率明显升高;大肠癌患者经有效治疗后3项肿瘤标志物水平显著降低.结论]TPA,CA 242和CEA联合检测对大肠癌的诊断及术后疗效观察有意义.

The value of combined detection for tumor markers of TPA,CA242 and CEA in early diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer

OBJECTIVE To investigate the applicative value of combined detection for tumor markers of TPA,CA242 and CEA in diagnosis and curative effects of colorectal cancer.METHODSUsing ELISA,the levels of TPA,CA242 and CEA of serum were detected in 60 cases of healthy adults and 82 cases of colorectal cancer,and 34 patients were followed up to detecte again after operation.RESULTSThe levels and positive rates of TPA,CA242 and CEA were more higher in the group of colorectal cancer than in the group of healthy adults,and the levels of 3 kinds of tumor markers in the patients with colorectal cancer decreased obviously after curative treatment.CONCLUSIONThe combined detection for tumor markers of TPA,CA242 and CEA has important significance in early diagnosis,observation of therapeutic effects for colorectal cancer after operation.
