不同价格降压药物对高血压患者血压达标的影响

目的了解高血压患者不同价格降压药物使用情况及其对血压达标的影响。方法调查高血压患者2100例，年龄28～80岁，平均年龄（62．5±12．1）岁。调查的项目包括：文化程度、用药前后血压、病史、所用药物的名称及每日剂量等。结果自费患者中：①不同文化程度患者之间不同价格药物的使用有明显差异（P〈0．01），大多数低学历患者使用低价格药物，许多高学历患者也使用低价格药物；②不同病史的患者用药也有明显差异（P〈0．05），随着病史的延长，高价格药物的使用逐渐增多；③高价格药物单用或与其他价格药物联合使用，治疗达标率都较高。结论文化程度的高低及病史的长短可以影响自费高血压患者对降压药物的选择，从而影响对血压的控制。

Different price antihypertensive drugs in the control rate of hypertension

Objective To examine the use of antibypertensive drugs with different price in 2100 hypertensives. Methods We in-vestigated 2100 subjects aged 28 to 80,with an average age of 62.5±12.1 years, and all had their blood pressure(BP) more than 140mmHg in systole(SBP) and/or 90mmHg in diastole(DBP) or current treatment with antihypertensive drugs. The data was produced, in which edu-cational level, blood pressure before and after taking antihypertensive medications, history of hypertension, antihypertensive drugs and a mul-tidisciplinary questionnaire were involved. Results To the subjects who must pay their own expense for antihypertensive drugs:①Different price antihypertensive drugs treatment was different obviously among subjects with different level of education ( P<0.01 ) ;②The use of anti-hypertensive medication was different in subjects with different history of hypertension ( P < 0.05 ). The rate of using high price antihypertens-ire drugs has increased in patient who had long-term history of hypertension.③The high price antihypertensive drugs used alone or in com-bination with other price antihypertensive drugs had been shown to have high control rate. Conclusion To the subjects who must pay their own expense for antihypertensive agents: educational level and history of hypertension can influence patients in choosing the anfihypertensive medication and the control of blood pressure in populations with hypertension.
