腹部手术后腹腔镜胆囊切除术的手术特点及手术技巧

目的探讨有腹部手术史患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy，LC）的手术特点及手术技巧。方法回顾分析我院2003年1月至2009年6月为53例有不同腹部手术史患者行LC的病例。结果53例中52例顺利完成手术，平均手术时间47min。1例因腹腔粘连严重中转开腹，全部病例均治愈。无术后并发症。结论掌握对于有腹部手术史患者行LC的手术特点及手术技巧，有腹部手术史的LC是安全可行的.

Operative Characteristics and Skills of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy for Patients with History of Abdominal Operation

Objective To study operative characteristics and skills of laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC） for patients with history of abdominal operation. Methods The clinical data of 53 cases with history of abdominal operation treated by LC from January 2003 to June 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 52 cases were operated successfully, only one case converted to open cholecystectomy due to serious adhesion. The average operation time was 47 minutes. All cases were cured with no complications. Conclusions It is safe and feasible to perform laparoscopic cholecystectomy by mastering operative characteristics and skills of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for patients with history of abdominal operation.
