摘    要:目的 探讨血光量子疗法对细胞HSP70表达的影响及血液光量子半法治疗作用的机理。方法 利用不同剂量紫外线(UV)照射体外培养的小鼠巨噬细胞,进行HSP70表达的Northern印迹分析。;并用不同剂量UV照射大鼠血液后回输进行HSP70合成的Western印迹分析。结果 小剂量UV(30秒钟)对照后细胞内HSP70mRNA稍有增多,增大剂量(1分钟)后其表达明显增多;UV照射血液回输可引起大鼠肺、

Effect of self- blood phototherapy on the expression of heat shock protein in cells
Abstract:Objective To elucidate effect of self-blood phototherapy on the expression of HSP70 and curative mechanism of self-blood phototherapy.Methods Different doses of UV were used to irradiate cultured macrophages of mouse.The expression of HSP70mRNA was determined by Northern blotting.Irradiated blood with different doses of UV was transfused into rats.The levels of HSP70 protein in lung and liver were detected by the method of Western blotting.Results HSP70mRNA was some elevated after 30s UV irradiation,and remarkably elevated after increasing UV dose(1min).The levels of HSP70protein in lung and Liver were increased,and there were no differences between transfusing irradiated blood and unirradiated blood.Conclusion Self-blood phototherapy can cause the expression of HSP70mRNA with relation to UV dose.Transfusion of irradiated blood and unirradiated blood both could induce the production of HSP70.
