| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的临床疗效。方法:67例来诊的符合纳入标准的胃食管反流病患者,按动态随机Taves最小化法分为两组。治疗组33例,口服疏肝和胃降逆汤,每天1剂;对照组34例,口服奥美拉唑20mg,每日1次,莫沙必利5mg,每日3次;两组疗程均为8周。于治疗后进行临床症状疗效、胃镜下EE分级和复发情况评价。结果:疏肝和胃降逆汤在改善临床综合症状和胃镜下黏膜损害方面与奥美拉唑、莫沙必利联合用药的疗效相似,但对于胸痛和嗳气症状的缓解显示出较明显的优势,其有效率为84.2%和91.7%,分别与对照组的47.1%和65.2%比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且远期(停药6个月后)复发率较低(与对照组比较,P<0.05)。结论:疏肝和胃降逆汤治疗GERD的疗效较好。
