| 摘 要： | 目的:观察珍珠明目滴眼液联合患者自体血清配制的滴眼液治疗角膜溃疡的临床疗效。方法:将我科5年来治疗的角膜溃疡的患者256例293眼,随机分成3组,A组,108眼:珍珠明目滴眼液联合自体血清组;B组,92眼:氧氟沙星滴眼液联合自体血清组;C组,93眼:氯霉素滴眼液联合自体血清组。分别治疗10～60天。结果:A、B、C各组总有效率分别为94.4%、89.1%、88.2%,进行Ridit检验,A组的疗效明显优于B、C组,P≤0.01,在A组108患眼中轻度者总有效率为100%,中度者总有效率为95%,重度者总有效率为82.6%。结论:珍珠明目滴眼液联合自体血清在治疗角膜溃疡方面不仅增加了眼局部用药的给药方式,还珍珠明目滴眼液优于其他抗生素眼药水的稀释液,提高了临床疗效,是眼科外治方法的创新应用。
