| 摘 要： | 头痛是艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者出现的常见症状,有可能是严重机会性感染和肿瘤的表现,对患者生存期、生活质量造成影响,还会妨碍患者对抗病毒药物等治疗的依从性。艾滋病头痛目前尚无理想有效的治疗方案,成为艾滋病防治的重要医学问题。文章综述其病因病机、诊断与辨证、中医治疗及疗效评价、护理要点等研究进展,为临床提供参考。
