| 摘 要： | 艾滋病是人体感染HIV而致的一种获得性免疫功能缺陷综合征,传染性极强,死亡率极高。脾胃为后天之本,气血生化之源。脾胃功能的强弱在艾滋病的发生发展过程中起到了至关重要的作用。金代名医李东垣倡导"预防为主,防重于治"、"人以胃气为本"、"内伤脾胃,百病由生"的学术观点,强调疾病的防治以调理脾胃为要,时刻注意顾护胃气,对艾滋病的防治具有重要的指导意义。
