| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨雷公藤致卵巢储备功能下降大鼠模型的中医证候属性。方法:用雷公藤多苷片造成雌性卵巢功能低下大鼠模型,通过以方测证观察新加归肾丸、圣愈汤、逍遥散、丹溪治湿痰方对大鼠血清FSH、LH、E2、P水平及卵巢、子宫指数的影响。结果:各用药组中新加归肾丸组FSH、LH、E2、P水平及卵巢、子宫指数与正常组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾中药复方治疗的有效性在一定程度上证实了该大鼠模型符合中医肾虚证候属性。

| Abstract: | Objective:To approach the TCM syndrome differentiation of DOS in rat model caused by GTW.Methods:Female rat DOS model was established by GTW.The effect of xinjiaguishenwan was evaluated by the serum level of FSH,LH,E2,P and exponents of ovary and uterus.Results:Xinjiaguishenwan could decrease the serum level of FSH and LH,and increase the serum level of E2,P and exponents of ovary and uterus.Conclusion:The effectiveness of treatment with the herbal compound tonifying Kidney verifies the rat model with TCM s... |
