大学新生预防艾滋病认知调查与教育需求分析

目的了解大学新生预防艾滋病知识、态度和行为状况。方法以不记名问卷调查方式,对北京某大学746名入学新生进行了问卷调查。结果90%以上的学生知道艾滋病病毒可通过异性间的性交、母婴和静脉吸毒等途径传播。但仍有31.0%的学生不知道艾滋病还可通过男性之间的同性性交行为传播;24.0%的学生不知道正确使用安全套可预防感染艾滋病。预防艾滋病基本知识得分,男生高于女生,城市学生高于农村学生。学生预防艾滋病知识和性健康知识主要来自大众传媒。85.8%的学生想了解预防AIDS的基本知识,52.4%的学生同意与感染HIV的朋友继续做朋友。结论高校新生预防AIDS教育还有待加强,应重视不歧视HIV感染者的教育。

Evaluation of Recognition and Education Requirement on AIDS Prevention in Freshmen

Objective To understand situation of freshmen's knowledge,attitudes and sex behaviors on AIDS prevention.Methods Seven hundred and forty-six freshmen in a university in Beijing were surveyed by irregistered questionnaire.Results More than 90% of the students know that HIV may be spread through sexual intercourse,mother-to-baby,and venous drug abuse.But there is 31% of the students who did not know HIV can be transmitted by homosexual intercourse;24% of the students did not know how to use condom correctly to prevent HIV infection.Regarding the basic AIDS prevention knowledge,the score of boys was significantly higher than that of girls,and the score of students from urban areas was higher than that of students from rural areas.The students' knowledge on AIDS mainly from mass media.85.8% of students are keen to learn more AIDS/STD prevention knowledge.52.4% of students were still willing to continue the friendship with their friends infected by HIV.1.2% of students reported that they had sexual intercourse.Conclusion AIDS prevention education must be enhanced in school,and more attention should be paid to education on non-discrimination of HIV-infected persons.
