护理冲突管理与护士离职率的相关性研究进展

摘    要:针对护士的离职现象,文章阐述了护理冲突起因、冲突处理型态、冲突管理结果、影响护士离职率的冲突因素及护理冲突管理与护士离职牢的相关性研究进展,探讨不同冲突处理型态对护士离职率的影响,旨在为护理管理者采取冲突处理策略降低护士离职率,稳定护理队伍提供参考依据。

Abstract:This article summarized the causes of nursing conflict, conflict - handling styles, the results of conflict - handling, nurses' turnover rate and the correlation between conflict - handing and the turnover rate. To explore the impact of nurses'turnover rate by different types of canflict management,so as to provide the reference for nursing managers to take strategies to stabilize nursing group and reduce the turnover rate.
