| 摘 要： | 目的探讨疗养院实施糖尿病健康教育路径的方法与效果。方法对108例确诊为糖尿病的疗养员根据健康教育路径进行健康教育,并对实施前后的血糖控制水平、自我管理技能及对护理工作满意度进行比较。结果实施糖尿病健康教育路径后,改善了疗养员血糖控制水平,提高了其自我管理技能及对护理工作满意度,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用健康教育路径可提高糖尿病疗养员的健康教育效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the methods and effects of health education path on clients with diabetes in sanitarium. Methods A total of 108 clients diagnosed diabetes were educated and instructed according to health intervention pathway, and the level of blood - fasting sugar, self - management ability and nursing satisfaction degree were collected and compared before and after the education. Results After adopting propaganda and instruct of health intervention pathway,the control rate of blood sugar, the self-management ability and the nursing satisfaction degree were significantly improved （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Adopting health intervention pathway could significantly raise health education effects of diabetes client. |
