| 摘 要： | 目的探讨全面质量管理理念在骨科护理质量管理中的作用。方法通过成立护理质量控制小组,应用全面质量管理理念对骨科病区护理质量进行全过程和全方位的控制和管理。结果实施全面质量管理后护理质量和患者满意度均提高(P<0.01);护理质量在全院的排序位置提前。结论利用全面质量管理理念,能充分调动护士的积极性和主动性,提高骨科护理质量,确保护理安全,进一步提高了患者满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of the total quality control concept on nursing quality management in orthopedics wards. Methods The total quality control concept was applied in the whole progress and whole orientation of nursing quality management in orthopedics wards through establishing a nursing quality control group. Results Compared with before,the nursing quality and the satisfaction of patients were improved （ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Using total quality control concept could sufficiently mobilize nurses＇positivity and initiative,improve nursing quality of orthopedics wards, ensure nursing safety and impove the satisfaction of patients. |
