大白鼠脑垂体神经叶的超微结构研究

摘    要:本文用醛-锇酸固定法对大白鼠脑垂体神经叶的超微结构进行了研究。结果表明,垂体神经叶由神经纤维、神经胶质细胞、血管、结缔组织所构成。组成神经叶的神经纤维是许多充满嗜锇性神经囊泡的轴突。该处的毛细血管结构特点与神经激素的转运关系密切。神经叶的垂体细胞可能是具有一定分泌和吞噬功能的特化的神经胶质细胞。

Abstract:The ultrastructure of the neurohypophysis in rat has been studied by folmaldehyde-osmic acid fixation method. The observation showed that the neurohypophysis is composed of nerve terminals, blood vessel, pituicytes and connective tissue elements, The releasing of neural hormones is closely related to the wall structure of the capillaries of the neurohypophysis. Pituicyte of neural lobe are characteristically filled with a perfusion of lipid droplets.
