| 摘 要： | 目的：建立薄层扫描法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法：采用薄层色谱法测定。结果：本法回收率为95．95％。盐酸小檗碱在0．12pg～0．60pg范围内呈良好线形关系，r=0．999。结论：试验方法操作简便，重现性好，结果准确。
