艾灸大椎穴对小鼠耐缺氧能力的即时影响

摘    要:目的:探索艾灸大椎穴对小鼠耐缺氧能力的影响。方法:(1)选用6-8周雄性小白鼠20只,体质量(25±2.6)g,随机分为实验组与对照组,每组10只。实验组用自制小艾条灸其大椎穴2 min,30 min后测定其5 min耗氧量及缺氧环境下存活时间。对照组不灸,仅将其大椎穴上的毛剪掉。30 min后测定其5 min耗氧量及缺氧环境下存活时间。(2)将70只小鼠分为7个实验组,小鼠编号,按上法艾灸大椎穴后放入笼中,然后按序号分别于灸后10 min、20 min、40 min、50 min、60 min、70 min,80 min时测定小鼠5 min耗氧量和缺氧环境下存活时间。结果:(1)实验组小鼠存活时间显著长于对照组(P〈0.05),耗氧量也明显少于对照组(P〈0.01);(2)经灸疗后,小鼠在灸后50 min时间内,生存时间随时间递增,以后逐渐恢复至接近未灸组水平;经灸疗后,小鼠在50 min时间内,耗氧量随时间递减,以后逐渐恢复至接近未灸组水平。结论:艾灸大椎穴可以提高机体耐缺氧能力。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of Da Zhui point moxibustion on hypoxia tolerance in mice. Methods: (1) 20 mice ( weight 25 ± 2.6 g) were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, each 10 ; 80 mice were randomly divided into 8 experimental groups, each 10. In the experimental group , after shearing the Da Zhui point, the mice were applied with moxibustion with self-made moxa-stiek over Da Chui point for 2 minutes, after 30 minutes determination of the 5-minute oxygen consumption and the survival time of hypoxie conditions. (2) The 7 groups of mice were numbered and they were put in the cages in the same way after Da Zhui point moxibustion. Then serial number to determination of the 5-minute oxygen consumption and the survival time of hypoxie conditions on 10 rain, 20 min, 40 rain, 50 rain, 60 rain, 70 min, 80 rain after moxibustion. Results : ( 1 ) The mice applied with Da Zhui point moxibustion in a certain period consumed apprantly less oxygen than the mice in the control group (P 〈 0.01 ). (2) During the period of 50 minutes after moxibustion, the average survival time of the mice increased over time and then gradually returned to the level of non-moxibustion group. During the period of 50 minutes after moxibustion, the average oxygen consumption deereased over time and then gradually returned to the level of non-moxibustion group. Condusion: Da Zhui point moxibustion can enhance hypoxia tolerance.
