碱性成纤维细胞生长因子与青光眼视功能损害关系的临床研究

目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basicFibrolastGrowthFactor,bFGF)在青光眼患者视功能损害中的作用及作用机制。方法根据视功能损害程度和沿盘面积比,对早期青光眼患者17例,进展期青光眼患者22例,晚期青光眼患者19例和正常志愿者32例。应用放射免疫法测定其血浆中bFGF的含量。结果青光眼患者血浆中bFGF的含量水平较正常对照组显著降低(t=4.62,P﹤0.01),在青光眼视功能损害早期,bFGF水平降低,进展期、晚期视功能损害患者血浆中bFGF降低更显著。青光眼患者沿盘面积比与bFGF水平呈负相关(r=-0.9124,P<0.001)。结论青光眼患者血浆中bFGF的含量降低与青光眼视功能损害程度有关。

The clinical study of the relation between basic fibrolast growth factor and the deterioration of visual function

Objectives To explore the role of bFGF of plasma and the deterioration of visual function mechanism in the patients with glaucoma. Methods According to the degree of deterioration of visual function and the area ratio of C/D, the seventeen patients in early period, the twenty-two in advanced period ,and the nineteen in late period of patients with glaucoma and thirty-two normal adults, the bFGF level in the plasma of patients were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results The bFGF level in the plasma of patients with glaucoma obviously decreased as compared with that of the control groups(t=4.62, P<0.01) . The bFGF level was significant decrease in the progress and the late period than that of in early period, the area ratio of C/D and the level of bFGF was negative correlation (r= -0.9124,P<0.001). Conclusions The low bFGF level in the plasma of glaucoma may be highly related to the deterioration of visual function patients with glaucoma.
